HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?
Orders must be placed and confirmed 48 hours in advance

Note: For email orders, a confirmation email or phone call will be sent
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY?

Delivery is available from 7am-6pm

Orders must be $80.00 (before taxes) for delivery.

A minimum $25.00 delivery charge applies to all deliveries within the GTA but will be calculated based on shipping address.

Pickup Orders are not subject to the $80.00 delivery minimum.
Please note that our delivery service is strictly a drop-off service, our drivers do not unpack or do set-ups.
ARE YOU AN ALLERGEN FREE FACILITY?
Although precaution is taken to manage the risk of allergen cross-contamination in our kitchen, please be advised that there is a possibility of cross-contamination occurring during manufacturing, processing and in-house preparation. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that a menu item is free of peanuts, tree nuts and/or other allergens. Consumers with allergen and ingredient sensitivity concerns are advised to exercise caution.
DO YOU PROVIDE SPECIAL EVENT CATERING?
Yes, our event coordinators are able to help you build your event from start to finish including staffing and bartending. Please fill out the inquiry form on our contact us page for one of our event coordinators to get back to you.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders may be cancelled with a minimum 24-hour notice or subject to 50% surcharge.
